Since 2001, Excel Industry has been successfully operating our own in-house Galvanizing Plant in the U.A.E. Our Galvanizing Plant serves as a complement to our steel fabrication unit and tube mill. This in-house plant is capable of Hot Dip Galvanization of up to 50,000 tons of steel, adhering to BS EN 1461 standards, with an optimal output unit. Only high-purity zinc is used as the raw material in this process. The Plant is equipped for the entire process of both pre-galvanizing and post-galvanizing.
Our in-house Plant is capable of Hot Dip Galvanization of up to 50,000 tons of steel, ensuring compliance with BS EN 1461 standards. We exclusively use high-purity zinc as our raw material. Our Plant is fully equipped to handle the pre-galvanizing and post-galvanizing processes.
Furthermore, our in-house design team provides clients with value-engineered solutions tailored to modern engineering requirements.
Galvanization offers a range of benefits:
- An effective method to prevent corrosion in steel.
Low initial cost.
- High level of protection and longevity.
- Greater cost efficiency compared to other corrosion protection systems.
Hot Dip Galvanizing
Hot Dip Galvanizing is an electrochemical process that enhances the inherent properties of steel, safeguarding it against corrosion and ensuring an extended lifespan. This process finds application in various domains, from construction materials and furniture to the aesthetic steel objects that surround us daily. Galvanization is frequently employed to shield steel, structural steel, castings, or small parts from corrosion.
