Since 2001, Excel Industry has been successfully operating our own in-house Galvanizing Plant in the U.A.E. Our Galvanizing Plant serves as a complement to our steel fabrication unit and tube mill. This in-house plant is capable of Hot Dip Galvanization of up to 50,000 tons of steel, adhering to BS EN 1461 standards, with an optimal output unit. Only high-purity zinc is used as the raw material in this process. The Plant is equipped for the entire process of both pre-galvanizing and post-galvanizing.
