Horizontal Balers
Avermann horizontal balers are the world’s first choice when it comes to the processing of large amounts of recyclable materials. Whether for use in a central warehouse, a recycling center or at a landfill: Our units guarantee space-saving bale storage and highly economical transport to the end buyer. Depending on their intended use and space available, Avermann horizontal balers come in a variety of dimensional, performance, and structural options. The material to be compacted may, for example, be brought to the input hopper of the horizontal baler along a conveyor. A light barrier integrated into the input chute triggers the compacting process. The speed of the press ram is controlled based on the pressure. The entire compacting process is controlled based on pressure, time, and routing. Once the compacting process is completed, the press ram is programmed to return to its base position, and the compacting process starts again from the beginning.
The compacting technology is installed as you want it by our qualified technical personnel. Extensive training during commissioning is of course included. Horizontal balers are available in a wide range of standardized versions. Upon request, we develop specialized solutions designed for industry-specific applications.

Vertical Balers EN 6130 HD
The bales are easy to tie and will fit on a euro pallet. They can be stacked and take up minimal space in benefit of both storage capacity and transport economics.
Model 6130 HD is a popular model in grocery stores and shopping centers. Excellent in warehouses, industries with a lot of recycling, for farmers who deal with agricultural plastics, smaller waste management facilities, & more.

Vertical Balers EN 6180
Our largest vertical baler 6180 has an extra-large opening
The baler is utilized for cardboard, soft and hard plastic, and similar materials. The extra spacious opening in front together with an easy-to-follow control panel makes the baler very easy to use.
The baler has an adjustable compression molding pressure and is equipped with an indicator that shows you when the baler needs to be emptied. EN 618o is equipped with a separate button for multi press; press four times instead of one. Standard components and tested pressing techniques ensure low operational costs.
Model 6180 is equipped with an easy-to-follow control panel.
Our largest baler EN 6180 is excellent for furniture and household appliance/electronics distributors and others that handle large volumes of cardboard. We see a trend within the grocery trade, which more often than not chooses this model.
