Structure:

• structure has side and frontal closings, lowers and uppers in steel carbon with anti corrosive deep painting, being upper outlines with thickness 2 mm and lowers 3 mm;
• frame of the back doors in stain steel with thickness 2,75 mm;
• side of inside ribs and of ceiling in galvanized steel;
• internal reinforcements in steel carbon and galvanized steel;
• supporting structure of the frontal refrigeration equipment in carbon steel with anti corrosive deep painting;

Inside finishing:

• floor inside structure in wood;
• wooden floor in plates of naval plywood, plated with protective resin application;
• injecting of floor, ceiling, walls and frontal in auto-quenchable polyurethane with 40 to 42 kg/m³ density;
• wooden floor in small aluminum channels (outline trapeze);
• inside walls plates, frontal and ceiling in fiber white color;
• inside illumination in 4 distributed points;
• rounded frame of back doors with draining gutter and drain of sewer;
• protection bars of the refrigeration equipment in aluminum;

Outside finishing:

• outside floor in fiber plate white color;
• curled aluminum plates thickness 1 mm riveted in the trunk side structure;
• painting of the aluminum plates in 2 layers of white PU paint;
• 02 back doors;
• inside and outside finishing of the doors in white color fiber;
• 01 stick and lock in stainless steel with key each door;
• hinges in stainless steel;
• doors’ outline with black color rubber;
• outside ceiling in white color fiber, with sealing in sides and finishing/fixing with adhesive and aluminum outline;
• side headlights support in flexible plastic;

Semitrailer Description

CHASSIS:

Chassis is made of two longitudinal high quality ASTM 570 (and similar) steel sections with “ I “.

SUSPENSION:

02 axles 16 tons reinforced boogie suspension

AXLES:

02 Tubular axle seated on bearings which become easy to center hubs and axial radial load absorptions.

8,25 – 22,5, European Standard.

COUPLING:

2” FLANGED king-pin.
